    A freelancer or someone with ample savings can go there without facing any problem because they can book their own room if things go south but a student or someone with no money can be in trouble...

      the answer is not yes or no that's why I have given very nuanced approch to this question... you can watch the other two v-logs to see the more good parts and if the good things are enough for you to negate the bad things then sure go for it...       @@manasadharmendran well I didn't mentioned it in the video but yes being a man really made me suffer more because after I came back from that place. There was another volunteer coming and she asked me how my experience was so I told her and asked her to share her experience at the same place after she completes her stay... she had a great time and also got gifts from the host. So I think it's safe... however have some backup plans and also put your needs in front of the host properly otherwise they will just misuse the ambiguity in their favour
