I like what they are doing in the motorycle world. At least they aren't just a manufacturer that rely in the production of the other brand like CFmoto. Of course they need to build a reputation by performing in a world class racing competition like Dakar Rally, World Rally Raid, Mx-Gp or even AmA Supercross. I don't know if they will be present in those event this year. But lets face it they need to it especially its results to erase the doubts of the people about Chinese quality.
They use all stolen and expired KTM and Honda parts, the engines are from indonesia the NC250 which are reliable but heavy and never put out race bike numbers. At least CF Moto has original engines and dealerships
I was really excited about these at first until I found out they are basically just templar 250's that have been reskinned. I say this because they are built off the same cheap Zongshen motor that the templars use. I really wish there would be a brand that would make an affordable 37hp bike.
Dirt Bike Magazine posted a video review of the KOVE MX 250 a couple of days ago. They've said that the engine makes about 7 horsepower less than a comparable Japanese/European 250 4 stroke.
As a Chinese consumer, I'm curious if a top-three finish in the Dakar Rally could dispel the concerns raised on the internet about the brand. Would such a performance influence your choice to purchase from this brand in the next consumer decision?
Talking about q.c. look at surron which leading e-mtb market. We see they can build quality if they want too. If the price and quality is right I'm willing to give it a try!
I generally rate your channel and the fact you speak your mind, but how can you have “best and cheapest dirtbike” on the video thumbnail when you haven’t even ridden it yet?! I HIGHLY doubt it will be anywhere near the best dirtbike. It will likely be just like the GPX bikes… fine in isolation but not as good as the usual European and Japanese equivalents. Don’t ruin your reputation with such un-earned positivity.
You will find people on RUclips putting the 450 rally up against Ktm 500’s, modded and stock. The Kobe does not get embarrassed…at all! The only embarrassing thing is the price of the Austrians in comparison. My last bike was a 300exc, so I’m not an armchair jockey; these bike have plenty of potential. Just like the Japanese bikes in the 70’s.
@@hamishbartholomaeus “does not get embarrassed” is not the same as “best bike” though is it? Also, I generally take RUclips “influencers” opinions with a grain of salt as there have been suspiciously positive reviews coming from many about Kove and GPX bikes and their wording seems suspiciously similar… almost as if the manufacturers asked them to say certain buzzwords 🤔 Money no object, no-one is going to choose the Kove 450, but I agree re price; the Austrian brands especially have got out of control.
@@Mockle07 I hear you! Grain of salt is the perfect approach. And, we all know that a solid performance in rallies,( Dakar, for example…) does not exactly mean that is the bike you are buying.
@@hamishbartholomaeus Absolutely agree. Everything seems to be getting mad price-wise at the moment so I’m happy for anyone to bring out products that redress that balance a little, I just wish people wouldn’t let manufacturers tell them what to say.
Wrong.....u can clearly see the frame is 2016 KTM, and guarantee everything on the wheel is 2007 Honda just like the rest of China brands using expired R&D.
I find it exciting to see a seemingly rider focused company attempting to build affordable bikes. As far as the politics go I do not hold the citizens accountable for the actions of their horrible rulers as I would not want to be judged by the actions of my own rather horrid govt. Very much looking forward to some reviews of Kove's expanding offerings.
Looks like another Chinese clone off road ,at least 6-7 ChiCom models ,look the very same & parts as well & all the NorthAmerican middlemen distributors ,have jacked up the prices too high !!!
Well China now have their own Motocross bikes and brand. So now in the next 10 years i wanna see good chinese pro riders
Ai is a terrible way to make a video, it will be the death of youtube.
You really couldnt find a narrator that can correctly pronounce Motocross?
AI does not know was Mautocross is. Yet.
I love matacross

They're getting the engines from Zongshen who every one of those builders in China get the same engines from. This bike is literally no different.
@@tieoneon1614 Zongshen engines are from China not Indonesia.
When will we see an actual dirt bike or MX racing magazine test of any Kove products?
There are tests of the 450 rally, but there is almost nothing about mx250, i think we will see something only in 2024
Dirt Bike Magazine gave the Kove 450 Rally a good review - check it ;out.

AI voiceover. Welcome to the....future.

They are also close to 2k cheaper then Cheapest EU/Jap bike.
I would buy a Japanese bike . I’ve owned a GPX. It was inexpensive, heavy. The new China bikes are great but too expensive now 😎🇺🇸
It seem to be a good baseline to work off of , but , I heard they are heavy , under powered and tend to break . . I think i ts a great start though

What’s the pricing
$6000 US

If they have fuel injection or pumper carb will help alot
That kove dakkar bike is outstanding
nice but i need the electric kove street legal
when there is a chinese speaking world champion rider on a chinese bike, maybe I will consider.
Is Kove coming to Thailand ?
Whys it look alot like ktm??
Ιt is 8kilos heavier than Japanese motorcycles.

It's a KTM they partnered with the Chinese !!! Look at KTM it's the exact same it's not a Chinese design it's European
