I am adding a review after waiting for a respectful amount of time for them to solve the issues the birla movers had created. I had given my car for shifting from Kolkata to banglore and it had reached me in the worst condition. The car is moving with so many additional noises now. They had broken an absolutely fine door handle and when I asked about the situation, they went mute. They had asked me to pay additional insurance amount for covering costs if anything happened to the car while transit. The manager whom I talked to ,I think is the man is least respectful and that too to a lady and was loosing his temper to his customers without trying to listen to their problems. He has zero communication skills and says he can't understand English. Also the rates what they spoke about in the beginning will drastically change in the last bill. I would suggest no one to ever make a huge mistake by booking them.
Today i have faced the scam from gati movers and packers as they told me your bike will be delivered from gurugram to ranchi in 7000 they made a bill and i paid the whole amount after when i hand over my bike to them they told me that now this is the new bill of 18k and after you will pay this we will deliver your bike and they are cutting my call and also saying we will not give your bike until you pay the whole amount as this is the scam i am facing today and i need help now what should i do and how we can take actions on them

I checked the GST number in the portal and could find the exact name of the company . They have more than 400 users reviews and mostly all positive. Hope this is a right decision
