This song was supposed to be in Jungkook's mixtape, but ended up in being the OST of a Japanese movie with the same title Your Eyes Tell.
Jungkook’s MixedTape....??? What’s that??? Ha ha Fingers crossed it will come out in the next few months.
Jungkook's mixtape. It was a solo produce album. Like what Yoongi's D2 the Daechwita and other songs Hoseok's Hope World and RM's Mono. That are the mixtapes of the members. Jungkook was planning to release his own mixtape, also Taehyung is planning to release his mixtape too😊😊
The melody at least cause the lyrics were written for the movie. The movie is a remake of the Korean movie "Always" and is about a blind girl that falls in love with a former kickboxer.

Jungkook didn’t co-write this song but he’s the main writer of it. It was originally for his mixtape which he’s been working on and it was chosen as an OST for a Japanese movie of the same name “Your Eyes Tell”. I was awestruck with the beautiful lyrics and even more so when I found out that such emotions came from Jungkook, impecable.
When the movie producer wanted the song to be the OST for the movie Your Eyes Tell, they gave the script to JK so he could rewrite the lyrics to suit the movie story line. Initially, JK wrote this song for his mixtape.

For me, Your Eyes Tell is one of the most beautiful songs in BTS’ discography. From the lyrics to the production to their performance, there’s really no other word for it than: Beautiful. Jungkook did such an amazing job co-composing this song. More than anything, I want to commend him for the melody he came up with. It’s just captivating-it magnified the meaning and emotions behind the lyrics, and truly elevated the incredible voices of each of the members.

Taehyung, as the baritone in the group, has kept challenging his vocal range by reaching higher and higher notes. Many vocal coaches complimented on his wide vocal range. He can be very soulful singing R&B but when he sings ballads, he has so many layers of emotions and colors in his deep beautiful voice. And hands down to Tae, who performed so professionally despite he had been suffering from tummy ache at that time.

Taehyung was actually sick during this live performance, he had stomach problems. At minute 2:20 you can see that he is tightening his belly and despite this he sang perfectly. What an extraordinary artist
Re: Tae-hyung’s beautiful and soulful voice. He did a song that was used on the recent K-drama called Itaewon Class. The song is called Sweet Night and it is just amazing. If you’re not into K-dramas yet, I completely recommend this one. The star is Tae-hyung’s real-life buddy Park Seo Joon, who is a fantastic actor. Anyway, it’s on Netflix. The soundtrack is fabulous.

The girl that is in their ON mv are half Japanese. They spoke Japanese with her when they made the mv. She said that she was so impressed with their Japanese. Especially that they are so fluent in it. 😊

JK actually wrote this song as a solo for himself, for his mix tape but it reached the ears of someone high up involved with a movie, I think the director. After some back and forth between them, JK rewrote the song to be more in line with the plot of the movie and for the whole group to sing. It was originally supposed to be part of the ending credits but the director like the song so much, it's now supposed to be featured in the movie. That's a big deal because so many people leave the theater when the credits start playing and don't hear the songs played during that time. Since it's IN the movie, more people will hear the song.

Jungkook did a truly fabulous job composing this beautiful song, and the members were GREAT! BUT for me JIMIN's HIGH Notes are Incredible - and you guys seem to be taking it for granted now. COME ON man!!!! If anyone has THOSE Eyes ParkJimin Does and to me that is why #YourEyesTell resonates so literally with Jimin.

They all did so well, i truly loved the way the rap was so melodic and didn't feel out of place in such a heavily vocally inclined song and the vocal line did so so amazing, i was speechless. To me Jin & jimin stood out the most though, like they usually do in Japanese songs, their high notes were so mesmerising and jimin's gaze and the way he portrayed the emotions with both his voice and his stage presence & gaze was beautiful.

Love this song. The way that these guys see the world is both heartwarming and heartbreaking, at times.
It was during this song that V wasn't feeling well. You would notice that in one part he was holding on his tummy and his side. Despite that he still finished the performance. 💜

It was supposed to be in his mixtape but they chose it for ost of a Japanese movie in which the girl is bling so if you see the lyrics you can tell it will fit the movie. Also the vocal line absolutely killed it, it literally brings all emotions and I get teary when I listen to this song also love how this being a vocal heavy song the rap verses are soft and just perfectly complete the song.
