Yes the screw types suck I have the green top post battery cut off on my 2007 chevy and it loosens on its own. Even when I wrench it down it losses over time, making my stored car unreliable. I removed it and use a ctek to maintain the battery when in storage.
Does the black dial switch ever work itself out (or loosen itself) eventually due to engine /vehicle vibration?
