Thanks for the video. Very informative. Do you smear the dodgers with Pro-cure? When you fish the 18-22 ft. depths for suspended Walleyes do you avoid getting hung up a lot in the flooded timber?

@@jackace0 I do apply a pretty good amount of scent right on the dodger, the timber is always a problem, i use my DI and adjust as needed. Not gonna say I never get snagged but it keeps it to a minimum. Thanks for supporting the channel!

We do some precision trolling and the timber beats us up pretty good with long lines out even at full pool. We are going to adjust based on your video. Thanks for all the great content.

Do you have a line attached to downrigger cable to pull the ball/release in? If so what is it and how is it attached? Thanks

@@Eyez85 Hi, Yes this is a retriever made by scotty. It makes life much easier and more importantly safer especially on rough water. No reaching to grab the clip. The following link will take you right to it. Let me if you need help with install, I replaced the Cannon terminations on mine with Scotty products as well, I have more confidance in the clip for the weight when I bounce them off bottom for lake trout. I hope this was helpful. See you on the water! John
