I have a goal of finishing 100 beauty products this year. So far I’m at 63 😊 I don’t know off hand how many of those are makeup, but probably around 15. Love the haircut!
I’m not focused on finishing makeup anymore as my collection is pretty new currently. Instead I’m rotating all my products every month in order not to get bored. It helps me to enjoy what I already have and buy more consciously
I don't keep track of my empties, but I know I did finish the Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin body lotion in my Project Pan, and I'm soooooooo happy!! 🎉 I tend to save things like that for "special occasions," and then they go bad half empty. 😩 I'm really proud of myself for using it up! 💪🏻
I've gone through a few tubes of mascara and a foundation. Since i work from home most of the time, it takes me forever to go through makeup products. I hit pan on an eyeshadow for the first time in a long time.
I'm doing a no buy on makeup until I use up all of a category of a thing. I have a lot of samples/travel sizes from Ulta gwp's and enough eyeshadow to last for years, and multiple mascara backups. And even tho, I would be interested in new products. Working on appreciating what I have!
Your eyeshadow looks are always so pretty! The hair clips look super cute with your short hair :). I’m trying project panning this year, I hadn’t done project panning since 2020
I have finished up 1 concealer, 2 primers, 1 setting spray, and 2 lipglosses this year (though the setting spray and 1 lipgloss were minis) Not sure I'll finish much else this year, unfortunately, which is why I'm currently on a no-buy!
Only counting makeup items, I've panned 10 this year (but some of those are items I was not able to pan in the previous year). I've used up a few fragrance items as well. I'm currently juggling multiple project pans though. Most of the projects I do usage goals on just to actually use some of the products that would otherwise just sit around.
I'm still enjoying keeping up with your pans even though you're not going as hard this year 😊 I just checked and I've used up 24 makeup products this year, where 11 of them took +2 years 😊 I'm most proud of finishing 3 foundations, cause last year I only used up one and that was in the spring ☺ And it's possible that I might finish one more (there's about 15% left), but it's quite to dark for me so I have to mix it, which means it takes longer 😏 PS I like your new hair 😊❤
Love your hair cut! 😍 so cute! I get what you mean about using less product when you're not panning. I'm normally very light handed with my eyeshadows, so my collection shows very little wear. But if I'm trying to hit pan, I'm definitely a little more liberal when I swirl my brush in there 😂
I don't track my empties, but I did recently finish my Nyx Bare With Me concealer. Now I need a new concealer, and am torn between repurchasing or trying something new. Lol
First, you look lovely with the new haircut and, this is my first year tracking empties (24 by 24), I have 17 empties so far so I think I am going to make it. I think this will be that last year I do panning, for me it takes the fun out of using all my makeup 💄.
lol the Heidi edit I love the hair it reminds me of kit the doll she had the most perfect bob lol idk if you know what I am talking about I bet the curtain bangs would looo so cute braided and pinned back too 😊
It's so so individual what works and what doesn't when striving for conscious consuming. Project pans and no buys just don't work for me (love watching content on them tho!) Project pans take all enjoyment out of make up for me and no-buys make me think of buying all.the.time. 😂 What I do is take just one or two neglected products out at a time and try and use them more. In about half a year ("about" being the key word, flexibility in everything suits me) I know whether I want to keep it or ditch it. Yesterday I threw out my ABH Modern Renaissance from 2018. I cried a little. 😂 I've had it out since the beginning of the year but as much as I love that palette I just didn't use it that much. It was just too old. The idea of applying a six year old product in the eye area just isn't appealing. Next I plan on taking out all my nude eyeshadows and really start planning a perfect nude collection. Take out neglected products to be used more, declutter redundant ones and if I find there are gaps start to carefully plan how to fill them with new purchases (I doubt there will be gaps tho).
your hair is sooo cute! I've finished a few things so far including a cream blush stick which i am so proud of lol and i am sooo close to finishing my elf tinted lip balm 🤭
I've used up 19 so far. 1 of those was a bit of a cheat. A lip liner l rolled up like you did, wouldn't roll down, when l tried to tap it down it promptly broke off & rolled down the sink drain 🫣😩😆
Used 5 or 6 skin care minis last month and killed off a half dozen mini mascaras this year. I'm focused on rotating through, mostly, only worried about using up older lip products before they turn.
*gasp* YOUR HAIR !!! 😲😍 You look so beautiful and glowing ! It suits you perfectly !! 🤗❤️
Thank you so much!! ☺️
@SarahRoseBeauty it really looks great!

45. I've finished 45 products. Some full sized, some samples. Love your hair. It's super cute.
The hair cut suits you so much! Low-key the hair pinned back with the clips is a look!
The way I squealed when I saw the thumbnail and saw your adorable haircut!🤍

I'm at about 25 makeup items finished so far this year!
I have finished 19 makeup products so far this year!!

Well done 💪
I also used to do that and then get mad at myself... So no more 😊

panning is hella stressful for me 😂 i just try to switch out my regular makeup more often so things get more use.
That’s what I’ve been doing too and it’s so much more fun!!
I've finished about 5 products. Most of my collection is quite new, so it's slow going.
The hair ❤
I was like wait….. did I miss something hahahahha

Your hair color somehow stands out more in a shorter cut! Really like it.

I can't believe the Milani blush doesn't have pan yet😂 you've literally used it so much. I have finished about 15 products so far.
I know, it really boggles my mind. And that’s amazing!!

Yes hair! I got a fresh cut today, and it feels so good!
