For example, at drink 1 he gains his dive kick and target combo. At level 2, he gets his breakdance kicks. At level 3, he gets his command grab. At level 4,his palm gains a second strike.
He's certainly not a strong character, but he's certainly the most entertaining to watch.

For most Jamie’s drink 3 is enough to close around but damn if it isn’t fun seeing the lvl 4 animation
