60-year-old Argentine Alejandra Marisa Rodriguez qualified for the Miss Argentina 2024 qualifiers, after she was crowned Miss Capital Buenos Aires on Wednesday.

This came after the Miss Argentina competition abolished the minimum age for women, which was between 18 and 28 years old and had been imposed since 1958 to open the doors to participants of all ages to give them an opportunity to display their beauty and talents.
Alejandra Rodriguez will compete for the title of Miss Argentina 2024 in a competition that will be held on May 25.
