I love that it's detached what a big back yard I definitely would of locked the meter door and hid all of that other pipes and stuff the owners apartment I would of put the kitchen on the ground floor with access to the back yard
Interesting. One thing missing from this tour is you don’t get to see the closets in the bedrooms. Not very clear what kind of storage space is in the unit.
This is technically a detached townhouse. Brownstone is the material that was used to build the townhouses we see in Harlem, Brooklyn, Chelsea, etc. Thanks for watching!
Now this is what i call a real virtual tour!!

love it. Keep them coming.
Thanks for watching.
It's a small thing but I always get annoyed when you don't show the closets. Open the closets please! Otherwise a beautiful tour.
Thanks for watching! I’ll keep that in mind.
Hi just wondering if any of the town houses in that area or any area of NYC have a drive way parking?
How much?
There are no living rooms?
The eating area and living room space is combined. Just small since New York. The islands are huge tho, those could easily be used for eating.
The bedrooms are way too small.
Thanks for watching.
Lol! That’s New York living for ya! I agree I’m in California. Not planning to move but am fascinated by New York accommodations.
Is this a brownstone?
