      You try to follow the law, police car slowed you down, not moving from the fast lane. That YELLOWBOARD who is going faster than 80(unlawful) overtook from the laft lane, doing many lane shift, broke many rules in front of the cops, but allowed in India. Police had seen 100s of law breakers parked on the left shoulder making it impossible to use the left lane, this is proof that Indian police and ministers like Gadkari have no clue about road rules . Happens only in India. No matter what amount of highways we built, we will always look like a third world s**t hole because neither our politicians or police have no clue about road rules. They are looking for the next youngster to take advantage, so that every youngster what's to live this country. If you're a budda, breaking traffic rules is okay

      I was stopped and fined for just having an extra fog light, which i use only when I go to my native place. Infront of me, 100s of trucks were passing with 100s of lights, no door, dangerously built with wood, no seat belts, driving with doors open, parked in the middle of the highway etc etc. but the police is not interested at all. When asked why the slow trucks are keeping the fast lane, and none of them have doors or seatbelts, the cop replied arrogantly that, 'dont teach cops their duty". Wonder why every talented and educated youth wants to leave this country?

    • @chi-8289
      @chi-8289 11 месяцев назад +2

      Law should be the same for everybody. No rules for YELLOWBOARDs in this country, even if you point out them breaking the law right infront of a cop. In all civilised countries, it's more difficult to get a taxi, bus or truck driving permit or licence. They have to go through double the hours of training and special requirements and knowledge about the 'machine' before they can even sit for a test. Here, I'm sure 100% of YELLOWBOARD have no driving sense and no clue about the dangers of the machinery they are operating.

      @@gamingff4505 , Sorry I missed that. Add that. But can you explain why was this project limping till 2016? And noway you can deny the expansion of roads and expressways throughout the country. Earlier such things used to be in certain pockets of metro cities. But now we see a much more spread out growth. I am from a tier 3 city in Karnataka which had shabby roads and with a single road connectivity to the state capital. Now after it was included under the Smart City mission, entire cities infrastructure has seen a complete revamp. Good roads, ug electric cables, 24*7 power and water supply, STP, etc. Under the UDAAN scheme, the city got a swanky new airport. Under the Bharatmala project, highway to the state capital is being upgraded to a 4 lanes, which is designed to be upgraded to 6 lane in the future if needed. The railway track was doubled and now completely electrified. A demand for a Vande Bharath has been put forward. Before the last 10 years, only metro cities saw growth. But you must remember that there is a bigger Bharath outside the metro cities, which are seeing development only in the last 10 years. This is what I referred to as 'unprecedented levels of infrastructure development'.

If you see drone shots you will observe a huge elevation and deck(pinkish) that the deck has been designed and technically assisted to construct by Japanese company IHI. It's certainly not meant for taking pics and selfies on the road. This not only invites a risk of accidents but also contributes to traffic jams on what is supposed to be a rapid transport route!

    I think Mumbai needs a Rapid Rail loop transit system like the RRTS. Coz I have no expectations from Mumbai Metro, or even roadways.... The Coastal Road does connect Mumbai and Navi-Mumbai, but it's again time consuming, consumes lot of fuel due to high speed driving, too long.....
    So better keep at least 3-4 options.
    Taxi rides will be expensive.
    Real estate will skyrocket with unbearable prices.

    indian public need education on traffic. people who keep driving in the middle lane despite having space on left lane, is called lane hogging. they should move on left. extreme right lane is only for overtaking and keep it empty. car with red light on should be given way to move ahead. they all MBA, doctors and engineers but lack common sense.

    Okay people getting excited over use of indicators...let me tell you that's it's good but in cities only in junctions and side roads indicators are used and people are careless and reckless in cities and don't follow such things,but if you are a regular highway driver the indicator usage is not much of a rare sight and it's good thing...I don't know how it's in north but people in south definitely use indicators and dippers etc effectively especially on highways etc roads...but in cities it's still needs to improve ❤these kind of roads, scenery kinda makes you wanna be disciplined and drive properly...you know traffic rules and stuff.... this video is no different than the one I have seen on yt about night drive in Tokyo 🔥💖

    As a punekar on this stretch, the authorities of Mumbai should enforce minimum speed limit of 90 kph in the right most lane, 70 in the left, add average speed cameras, raise limit to 110 and enforce lane rules. These locals have no clue as how to drive on these motorways(expressways).
