      Jarrett as a backstage agent/coach is a huge asset for any company. I know he gets hate but he’s been around for so long for a reason. And he has a wealth of knowledge to share with new generations.

    It's wild to me that AEW hasn't cracked 800k since they showed the Punk footage. It's funny how they inadvertently cemented CM Punk as their biggest draw.

      I assumed they would this past Wednesday with the return of MJF but they still didn’t even without major competition. Next week is against the finals, could be a massacre.

    • @framincire

      The scary thing is that they had a huge first quarter and lost so much of it. Why was it so much bigger than usual and they couldn't maintain.
      This was an excellent Steve and Larson video. They are so intellectually honest in their videos. They like what they like and they are upbeat about most wrestling topics, but can give positive critical ideas.

    • @L3ghair
      @L3ghair 3 месяца назад

      @@framincirethey usually get a huge lead-in with the Big Bang theory and that gives them an artificially inflated first quarter. There’s people online who do the average without the first quarter due to it being inflated due to the inaccurate first quarter numbers.

    Would love to see this "lessons to be learned from" idea applied to other companies as well. ECW, TNA, NJPW, etc. in terms of what a company can get from their histories both positive and negative.

    I also defend Russo and Arquette holding the title.. they both won in very flukey ways. Not like they were booked to go over clean.. side note.. Jinder Mahal was in 3MB, left and came back JACKED. They should have booked him as a threat AS SOON as he came back.. anyways, love u guys. Great episode

      According to Tony he knows more than Ted Turner. If AEW fails, I really hope they don’t, I hope it’ll end the dubious idea from the IWC that any one of them could book a successful promotion. It’s not easy and you can’t just hop over the railing with lots of money and make it work.
