I have a complete engine like this 2 speed, but when I turn the flywheel, it blocks then I turn it the other way and it blocks again after about 1,5 piston spin.., is that normal or is it stuck somewhere inside? btw the piston doesnt hit the head, the flywheel blocks even with out a cilinder on it....
Tricky problem, it would have been easier to understand if you couldn't turn a full turn. I've seen that sometimes on a standard ignition the magnet can hit some of the coils if they are misaligned but it shouldn't be that in this case. I would open it and investigate the engines all gears and see if some tooth is missing some where or possibly if there is a roller that's loose in the gearbox and sometimes gets stuck between gears when you turn the engine.
Thanks for this video it's quite a rare piece strong and very simple not much guides are out there for it
There is a german guy max that shows everything but its in german your from scandinavia i asume?
Hajyne yes
@@fiftynineridge i was thinking of making a dual E50 engine not sure if the police will like it though but it would seem very interesting
Good job
When you removed the flywheel was there a woodruff key ?

@@fiftynineridge the flywheel can turn multiple turns, but the piston cant
