      Logan Smith allegations have been made. There’s information out there saying that he has used PEDs.
      But none of it has been confirmed to be true.
      Considering how much he was making, I don’t know if he could’ve afforded to honestly.
      I actually trust his story, him going full in on training after his mother passed.
      ( Just hearing how close he was to her. )
      Also, his personality, having not bit Tyson back, not getting into a fight when they were alone.
      I can’t remember them getting into any altercations outside the ring.
      Considering what he was going through emotionally, and the side effects of steroids.
      His actions both in the ring, and outside of it, his demeanor, and even his build during that time, suggest that he didn’t.

    • @gusgrau3594
      @gusgrau3594 4 года назад

      Logan Smith
      Edit: TLDR;
      There were accusations about shipments of medications( PED/steroids/HGH) to his home.
      But this was never confirmed. And the investigation on the doctor/pharmacy has cleared him.
      “ Where there is smoke, there is fire”
      If you have any confirmation or proof, would you mind linking it? ( Wether he himself said he did. )
      Also most importantly, the accusation’s didn’t hold up.
      Though his heart condition, is a common side effect of HGH.
      Also, the condition was cured due to a divine intervention apparently.
      Wether, he used steroids for his heart condition, or steroids caused it. Is not clear.
      So make of it, as you will. But try to stay factual. I know “Innocent until proven guilty “ isn’t used anymore.
      But considering how much good he’s done, I hope people at least put in effort to be factual. Or if subjective, state the reasoning.
      Edit 2: I’m trying to find links, most of this was VIA memory( From baxk when I researched this, read through court transcripts, reading about those around him) when it was a big scandal. So I’ll try to remember to come back, and post links.

      @@logansmith484 there was speculation but never a failed test.
      Because he was lean he appeared so much larger. He was primarily fighting at 208-210lbs at 6'2 1/2" with a 32 inch waist 16" biceps. So he wasn't this real big guy. He used to have to eat / train to gain lean weight to be over 200lbs. So that tells me he wasn't on any anabolics because he never maintained that muscle mass as easy than if he was on.

    I met Evander at a restaurant, he was in town for a wedding. Everyone swamped him the whole time he was there. Questions, comments, pictures. At the end of the night my waitress went over to him and asked if he'd take a picture with me. I was against it because I didn't want to intrude on his time. After Evander insisted, I got up shook his hand and took a pic. NO ONE is that gracious with their time. He is the kindest, gentlest soul you'll ever meet. I followed him his whole career, he faced it all with dignity and class. This is the guy you want your kids to grow up to be. A man we should all try and emulate.

      @@jedlicka1227 Sure thing, just my take tho. A true belief in any dogmatic ideology provides an absolute increase in self esteem and well being but it's inherently just a crutch. It's neither right or wrong or good or bad. But crediting God for ones accomplishments is synonymous with grandiose bragging about how awesome you are . It's this false humility people still buy into but the psychology remains similar to that of a person like Trump.
      How else would someone like Trump win over a majority of Christians when they could have very well backed a principled Ted Cruze? There's other variables but you get my drift.

      Hugh Munguss I understand what you’re saying, but true faith and worship as described in the Bible is not self-centered in any way, and if it is at any point in anyone, it is no longer good.
      “He must increase, but I must decrease.”
      John‬ ‭3:30‬ ‭
      “For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.”
      ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:8-9‬ ‭

    • @ffnovice7
      @ffnovice7 5 лет назад

      @@Slassh69x the motions may indeed bear resemblance to bragging. By precedent.
      However I disagree that Holyfield was bragging by intent. I feel for a man as accomplished as him but not completely self denying, you have to address your success in some way instead of dismissing reality entirely. His avenue is God. I don't believe that is inherently self promotion

      @@boofert.washington2499 I'm sure he a little but its very minor compared to other Boxers who have as many fights as he has. He's still communicating fine and had a pleasant over hour long conversation with Joe Rogan. If you want to get real with it, yea but I like seeing him relativity well at 56 years of age and achieving all he has, I say he's done very well for himself.
