I’ll have a membership on “Team > 50 “ as my goal. Let’s just say life has been rough lately.
I still fall into the arms of restriction (even more) when that happens. You know.. It makes me feel really selfish, though, and I hate it.
I must be living with the most patient man on the planet; still around after eight years.
Thank you for another eye opener, Rachael❣️

I'm sorry to hear that things have been bumpy as of late. If nothing else, I hope that these videos serve to give you hope and reassurance that you're most certainly NOT alone. I believe in you wholeheartedly, despite the struggles 😘

I relate to this so much on a deep level because I'm going through all the conflicted feels with my Bf as of late. Thank you again for being brutally honest and articulating so well what many of us struggle with when in a devoted relationship 🤍

BUCKLE UP because I intend to address the impact of anorexia on relationships even more in depth with my next video! It's so emotionally laden, that's for sure. If nothing else know that you're so not alone in this. 🧡🧡🧡

I hear you; it's heartbreaking. It is such a catch 22 and paralyzing. I hope that 1% is Ryder and Pickles and that you are still striving for recovery!

I relate to this so much! I want to socialize, eat out, enjoy my life but I chicken out wherever possible. This Friday I am meeting a friend for lunch and I am determined to go but new Corona restrictions in my country give me an excuse to opt out. But I won't opt out because my I look forward to the meeting and the food!

Totally with you on this i dont do the meal out and always feel for my husband afterward yet i know going would be as miserable for both of us. Friends seem like hard work as well its strange how we can feel so lonely with the illness yet friendships are like eating a big mac!!!! xx

Isn't it crazy, at the same time yearning for and fearing connection with other people?!? Connflicting, yet I feel both so strongly. And I totally get the thought process that going out for a meal with your partner wouldn't be worth it since it's be so challenging.... TRYING to remind myself that the horrible part *has* to be walked through first in order to pop out to the more rewarding side.

@@rachaelerinrecovers6099 absolutely yet i constantly think who am i going out for me or the other person to let them feel they have made a dent in my illness and help recovery which i realistically know they havent its so very frustrating and sad really none of us go out for ourselves!!!

You are so worthy, and I hope someday you'll be able to go out for yourself alone!
