What a nice way to put it. Although the movie is italian, l tried to watch bits and pieces in english.l wish l could understand the original language.l totally agree with you, you can’t destroy memories…
@@gokbenguclu5732 I agree. The original language in which a story is set has subtle nuances which English or some other languages it was translated into cannot capture. I had been listening to at least three or four WLW Chinese radio dramas months ago, but it was impossible for me to go on with my fifth without bothering my Chinese soul-sister which is why I've been trying to relearn Mandarin. Memories can work for or against us. To some, the memories of the past are a life-line. To others, they are an unnecessary encumbrance. I admit to destroying mementos of love in the past with ceremonial fire and I admit to it being a futile exercise. Anyway, lovely to meet you, Gokben.
