I know supergirl and flash are popular shows, but I enjoyed the realism of the earlier seasons. the minute they brought darhk and the Lazarus pit into Arrow it lacked in emotional depth and plot. Everything became about Felicitys new tech/friends and how "impossible" the villains were just bc Oliver was having another identity crisis. He literally had one in every season since Tommy's death and it got so predictable and boring. If they stuck with the aesthetics of seasons 1 and 2 and actually came up with interesting story arcs for each character rather than throwing the focus on only Oliver and Felicity, Arrow could have gone down as one of the best shows on television. Darn fandoms always influencing the writers ability to create their own stories and not just trying to please the fangirls and douches.
@A A I don't even think slate would be necessary for season 3. I like how he was given a break before being brought back in season 5. and I liked season 5 except for the fact that felicity made Oliver hire new people on his team. That is something Oliver would NEVER do and It made no sense, and I gotta say Rene, Rory, and Curtis are probably the most boring and pointless characters to ever exist on the show. I liked Evelyn when she was in the mix bc her betrayal actually meant something to the team, it showed that their past mistakes can't be easily forgotten or let go. And Dinah is interesting but I don't think she fits as a "replacement." Mayne if she was used in a different way. Those were my only issues with season 5, but the finale was epic and Oliver arc was beautiful. If only they used the explosion to kill off more dead weight from the show.
@A A yeah Adrian will forever be one of the most influential villains on the show. the fact that the writers thought they could convince us that Ricardo was one of the strongest villains is laughable. he shouldn't have been that large of a threat and that's why I hated seasons 6 and 7. season 5 was good but the first half still felt like the writers were lost. nothing has been the same since season 2 and its hard to enjoy everything as a whole. I like to pretend that the show was canceled halfway though season 3 lol.
You can feel Stephen's sadness it hurts so much. Arrow meant and mean a lot to me like it means a lot to other people. They will always hold a special place in our hearts. Katie and Stephen started this entire arrowverse. without them it would not be what it is now. it started with them and it should end with them. Katie deserves to be directing an episode for the final season. she earned it after everything she has put up with. Katie the first leading lady of the arrowverse.

so glad to see Katie in the light again. I know people found Laurel annoying in the earlier seasons, but that was all about the characters growth. Dealing with the loss of Tommy and Sara was hard on her and she grew strong in the end, only for the writers to throw it all away and make Felicity the focus bc she was a fan favorite to the Tumblr girls who are too shy to wave to their crushes. Katie and Susanna were arguably the best actresses on the show (Im not talking about characters, that would probably go to Moira and Sara if we're talking about the girls). Their performances were always consistent with the story and always got me the most emotional, Caity lacked in depth (and there's SOOOOOO much for Sara. but I think she finally found some on legends, she just struggled on arrow).
Arrow brought me some awesome wonderful friendships in the Olicity Fandom. I have loved comic books all my life but I like it more when TV and Movies allow somethings to develop organically and not force relationships that do not work. Olicity proved that could be done well. Imagination is key and taking a story in your own direction

It's sad that she was transformed from sweet lady to a bad girl. she has more chemistry with Oliver (Green Arrow) because they both act mature, tough, serious than Felicity, Felicity is cute but she act childish, always giggling,smiling in the computer. I thought this is comedy but more than serious action TV Series. I miss them all because this TV Series will end and not sure if there's another episode/season

CW and the showrunners said that they will talk with her so that she could come back.
so im guessing episode 10 will be crisis on infinte earths where oliver sacrificies himself and dies. And the other shows like flash, supergirl, and legends will carry out their 22 episodes
