How do i get to a place where i can create gig, i saw in other videos. Switch to selling, then that will lead me to where i can create gig. But now i can't find it. What should i do?
You can simply create a new account with a new email account. I know a few people who have their accounts shutdown and created new accounts with new email address and they have no issues.

I don’t know why your account is not approved so is hard to say what you should do. Generally it might be either because the type of ID card you used for verification is not accepted or your name on Fiverr doesn’t match the name on the ID, or you copied your about information and gig description from other Fiverr accounts. If you used national ID slip they will reject it because the information on the slip especially your picture is not clear. But if you used the plastic national ID, or drivers license or international passport they will accept those. And sometimes they reject accounts based on their algorithms (bot) which can make mistake and reject your account with no good reason. Try to figure out if you did something wrong and try to fix it. If everyone is right and still your account is not approved you can try creating a new account.

It is a little more difficult than Upwork because on Fiverr you cannot search for client's projects and send them a proposal, you have to wait for Fiverr to send you Briefs then you can send proposals to potential clients or wait for potential clients to find your Gig in Fiverr search. But if you have the right Gig and you are responding to Briefs, you also package yourself well, it will be easier for you because many beginners don't package themselves right so if you did it right you can stand out.
I personally only use PayPal to make payments I don't use it to accept payment becaus if you want to use it to accept payments you just have to use VPN and pretend you are not in Nigeria and I don't want to use that so instead I use Skrill and Payoneer to accept payments. If you are using Payoneer your clients from other USA can pay you using PayPal but you don't need to have PayPal account because the money will be in your Payoneer account. Also, if you use VPN and accept payments with PayPal they can shutdown your account at anytime with your money in the account and it will be a lot of challenges before you get your money that is why I never advise people to use PayPal.
