New Year's Day Session

Went out for a session on New Years day to get the 2021 fishing underway. Not the most productive of sessions and unfortunately the targetted rays could not be found. Good to get out though and have the beach to myself and some days its just good to be by the sea even if the fishing is slow.
We have just had news today that fishing will now be permitted during Lockdown 3. I would urge you all to stick rigidly to the guidelines as we need to kick this covid to the kerb.

Great vid as always Richard! Some different camera angles this time! I was in same spot on the 29th, whiting city but did lose a ray and poss a conger on low so they are still there!.

Hi Vern...the Mersey is at the bottom of my road so have been able to go in lockdown. However, the river has been fishing poorly so decided to have a break and sort out tackle etc. Rays starting to show again..so will be back out next week. 😁
