I just discovered this channel and damn Ratio tournaments are amazing, whoever came up with that is a genius. It's so cool seeing all the unique teams with unusual combos, especially from Hardcore (Tron), Punisher (Viewtiful Joe) and Jumpman (Chris). I don't know if it's because I rarely see those characters but these are some of the most exciting matches I've ever seen. 🙏
imo we should just pretend there was a balance patch sometime in the last decade and make all major tourneys ratio style. It's not our fault X-men IP rights got sold.
I feel like the Capcom VS series is at its best in ratio tournaments. So much variety for teams and synergies that we wouldn't know otherwise due to the established meta having severe gaps in power and viability.
40:04 see the reason this is the best game ever is that in no other game could you have one player set up a massive, powerful trap, then have the other player deliberately and methodically decide that the best course of action is to run right into it. And then get rewarded for it.

Tony puts the game in another level, and we will be blessed if we ever see a player with his skill and passion for the game again. Rayray breaks records. LT breaks records. Ratio tournaments should be an official thing as in they should be in major events as the main game so much more interesting to watch than the usual UMVC3 tournaments. Not to say they aren't fun to watch but this is far more interesting and exciting.

Ammy being a 3 is kinda weird, though. She isn’t really all that rare in normal play, cold star synergizes with everyone, and if all else fails she rounds out any team by being one of the better anchors. Should probably be a 9 for the simple fact that she’s the star of the best video game ever, too.

Tron always so funny to watch because nobody knows how to fight this character. She has no plus frames and not a single safe special. Just intercept her slow box jump aerials with air throw, and don't pushblock drill and just throw punish it. Past that she don't got much.
