Chicken joy needs lots of gravy, fiesta palabok (with calamansi/lime then mix) is a must try, I cannot live without the peach mango pie and the pineapple juice, Jollis nasi lemak there looked pretty bad (dish actually consists of coconut flavourful rice, lots of spicy sambal, egg, cucumber slices raw, fried peanuts, fried ikan bilis/anchovies, then what you chose like fried chicken etc.).
You are right the chicken sandwich is very good I love it too. Its good than the other sandwich of other resto, be it American or other nation. Its their new product.

majority of Filipinos go for flavor rather than spicy. personally i would call it spiced or lightly spiced. “Spicy” just throws it off for people that actually love super hot spicy food.

The ratio of burger steak and plain rice wherein rice is bigger than burger steak is amenable for us, as long as the sauce of burger steak is plenty, why? because in the Philippines, Rice is Life..
No such thing as sweet spaghetti. Its all Psychological, all vloggers react as if it was sweet because that is what the Filipinos told them. The spaghetti you see in the Philippine grocery is from Del Monte and the label reads ITALIAN STYLE!!!! in recent years the Sweet Spaghetti mythology was promoted further with sauces called “Sweet Blend” or “Filipino style”. And the whole Banana Ketchup drama is a lie. Bananas are now more expensive than just making ketchup with Corn Starch.
Might be because common spaghetti is usually interpreted as Italian recipes and some people may find it too different. Good thing I enjoy both. Thanks for the insights on banana ketchup as well, I'll keep that in mind!

you have to dunk your chicken in the gravy, or put your gravy in the rice. we don't have the nasi-lemak rice here though
