To be fair, Evos Legends and Bren Esports weren't as dominant as Blacklist. They didn't go 4-0ing the 2nd best team. They were also not as consistent as Black, they didn't have signature strat.

@@binatog123 blcklist is a balanced team, that's why wise focuses on macro because their sidelaners has micro mechanics. Hadji is micro too, one of the reasons why blck s9 line up didn't end well because 4 of them are aggressive.
The thing is mpl ph teams let blacklist formed a superteam. Veenus and Wise have been runner ups with onic ph before transferring to blacklist, Hadji is a all rounder that is why he is known as kda machine, he’s been to the finals before too. Edward always has been known as a promising player with kairi back then. Then came oheb who came from an amateur team, hungry for glory. They’re just match made it heaven. I don’t see this team going away anytime soon, they’ll be relevant as long as the main 5 stays together.
before s7 the rankings by casters, blck is not even in the top 5 it's either top 6 or 7 for the casters even though they went back2back in juicy legends. Still not a superteam that time tho

The perfect comparison to Blck in other sports is in the nba when the Warriors signed Durant(Hadji). The team was already good with the duo of Steph and Klay (VeeWise) then Draymond (Oheb) emerged as a reliable teammate that soon became an integral part of the duo along with the steady hands of Iggy(Edward) the team was near perfection. And then Durant(Hadji) came to the team in free agency and they became the unstoppable team they are today ONLY LOSING because of injuries(VeeWise not playing/taking a break)
It's an amazing comparisson for those who follow the nba. The original core was built from the ground up, BUT a certain someone signed with the team and basically made them a superteam
@@rosieantoque2367 you right however the casters from other regions are considering blacklist as a superteam eversince they become back to back champion, first runner of both mpli and msc and m3. Also 5 of them made a name for themselves. Just like oheb being named as Filipino sniper, hadji for his kda and MVP machine Edward for his good at using Benedetta and paquito plays, vee on his/her commands and best support user and lastly wise for his jungling pattern, objective and teamfight oriented player also famous for his Aldous, WiseSS, Baxia, Akai and bane. That how they became a superteam before they're not superteam but now they really are now a superteam.

everyone keeps comparing them to evos and bren but blacklist is blacklist just because "the curse" happened to them doesn't mean it will happen to blck. And also their management is very good that's why i expected them to #BreakTheCurse.
