@@inazuma3gou I'm a huge fan of J-Will AND Webber and definitely prefer this duo, but I can't deny (despite the fact that I never liked Bibby) the greater amount of success the team had with Bibby instead of J-Will. That's why I mention both duos. But yea, J-Will and C-Webb are both in my top 10 favorite players of all time.
@@minutmed33 I am biased of course because I hated that Bibby was such a good boy. Nonetheless, I think it can be argued that J-Will/Bibby were better duo whereas Sacramento was better with Bibby.
@@minutmed33 Hardaway/Mullin was a trio with Mitch
@@mastersplinter1950 Yea, Run TMC, I know 😁 Mitch unfortunately shared only 2 seasons with the other two; I'm glad the trio remains so emblematic tho, it's a testament on how great they all were.
Gotta love all the triggered fanboys saying you’re blatantly wrong, but being unable to make an actual argument why your opinion is wrong 😂
Summer league Lonzo and Kuzma???
Nash Amare??
LeBron and AD S? But Kareem and Magic dont make that cut? Make it make sense, Rusty.
Splash brothers and showtime not being S is crazy
I hate Stockton and Malone but I'd still put them in like B or something. Respect for the hate tho game recognizes game
i feel like putting lebron and kyrie in s goes against what you said in the beginning of the video. You said S tier is when both players are superstar level, when by your own definition of a superstar doesn't include kyrie.
How are putting Stockton and Malone in the C list when you never saw them play?
How could you forget JaKuzzi and Poole Boy??
"Don’t see how you can put Clyde and Hakeem Olajuwon in S tier for 1 chip but have Curry and Klay/Draymond in A tier with 4 chips together."
And then, AD and LeBron are in the S tier for one chip and a plethora of mediocre seasons, which is just insane to me. The poor roster decisions are definitely on LeBron.
Malone & John should be B tier and if lbj & kyrie are S tier Kareem & Magic have to be S tier. They both won FMVPs together
Im sorry but you said the S tier is for super star duos.. Cousy was a superstar in that era no matter how you swing it.. honestly malone and stockton should be at lowest B tier
kawhi and siakam should be here.. one of the most underrated duos ever.
Bro in what world are Lebron and AD S tier but Bird and McHale are only A
anyone know what website he used for this ? i’m curious cuz i wanna do my own
Cj was def an all star level player- just a small market guy in a stacked west
Stockton and Malone are an A!
You’re a Showtime Lakers Hater
Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph
Duncan and Robinson
Putting DeMar/Lowry in the same tier as Stock/Malone is simply ignoring any sort of results
that cavs duo take hahah
Feels like Bird and Mchale should be in S with 3 chips but I get it
Man, I just... I can agree with ALL of them, I swear to God, but Kareem and Magic not in S tier... what else do you want them to do??
Rusty, great video as always but you gotta group your letter cells there in excel and center so your grey cells are even on both top and bottom. The top being skinner than the bottom kinda bugs me. 🤷
What about Khris and giannis?
shit that's a good one.
Hot take, Steph having 2 entries and not being in S once is wild work,
Khris Middleton and Giannis are S tier right? I haven’t watched yet
Actually insane putting kyrie and kd hugher than blake and cp3
Kd Curry is the greatest duo of all time. First and only time we’ve seen the #2 and #3 players in the world on the same team. And they proved they were great through winning chips in dominant fashion. Kobe was not in top 5 conversations when he played with Shaq. Pippen wasn’t either. And none of LeBron’s teammates have ranked above 4.
KD and Curry were lower scoring/rebounds/assists than Luka and Kyrie. Get Steph’s sweaty balls off your tongue and join reality.
@@SDesWriterwhy are Luka and Kyrie so deep in your throat lmao? Kyrie never been a top3 player in the world
KD and Kyrie at B tier😭 Not sure what they did ever.
Day 19 of demanding Rusty make a video on the underrated greatness of Raymond Felton!!
Your reasoning for Magic and Kareem is very confusing. You have Wade and LeBron as an automatic S tier, when Wade was only at his peak with LeBron for 1-2 years, just like you said with Magic and Kareem. Don’t use how good they were outside of the duo to diminish what they did as a duo
prime cj mccollum was definitely an all star level player, unfortunately both he and dame were traffic cones on defense
Dwade was hella washed on the last ring. Ur knocking Kareem and Magic down then LeBron and dwade should also be a tier
cannot express how quick I clicked on this video
i feel like steph and draymond really stick out in A tier and should be in S
They never would have won without Klay and were more of two people in a trio than a duo
@@SDesWriter and yet Lebron and Wade are in S despite Bosh
@@Bobsyagod Well yeah, the list is bullshit. He literally put Klay and Steph in A along with Green and Steph, and both "duo's" best year was the same one.
I fixed it for him with numbers to show who was actually the best "Duos" in NBA history (although I did it on the fly so can't be held responsible for missing a few old time player combos). What's really funny is although he's right about Shaq and Kobe being on top, the clear #2 duo (by production) he has in the B tier. He also had McHale /Bird in a lower tier despite them CLEARLY having the 3rd best numbers to go along with multiple championships.
Honestly I think he does this shit just to piss people off and troll for views. There's no way he could be that dumb on purpose.
@@SDesWriter especially when so many of his other takes are on the money and then occasionally you get ones like this where so much is off or questionable. Feels deliberate
@@Bobsyagod Come on....Stockton and Malone C tier? 3rd leading scorer in history, 1st in assists and steals? 2 NBA Finals, 935 wins, 85 playoff wins? And they're C tier? While Steph and Green are A? It's either a troll or he honestly doesn't know anything about basketball.
Dude....Bird and McHale's numbers are 2nd or 3rd highest of all time AND they won 3 championships during the time the Lakers were so good they won 5. Where are they on his list? No way that's an oversight.
How is kareem and magic worse than pau and kobe
Because he doesn’t know anything about basketball. This is an entertainment channel.
MJ and Rip Hamilton on the wizards.
Kareem and Magic and Curry and Klay in A tier is absolutely outrageous and I know this guy is a massive Stockton and Malone hater but C tier is just unfair, those 2 made the playoffs for over 15 years I believe and made the finals twice with Mark Eaton as their 3rd best player in history who was a good rim protector but that's about it, that alone should put them in B, I feel like if Malone wasn't a piece of shit person, people wouldn't be so quick to call them overrated, which I understand, Malone is a disgusting human being.
Bron and Kyrie in S tier while Timmy and Tony in A tier is a wild ass take imo. Forget talent, I care about results more than anything else and 1 Ring and significantly less regular season success =\= 4 rings and over a decade of regular season excellence. KD and Kyrie also deserve E or F tier for the disaster that was their Nets team.
Wheres Arenas and Crittenton? Dual Guns akimbo
doing a duo list and now showing Lavine and Vucevic damn
KD and kyrie in B tier is hilarious
Easy idea...do trios next
monroe and drummond dont count as a duo come on now
Kyrie has lost 2 championships due to injury, 2015 & 2021.
why isnt availability taken more into consideration?
Tatum/Brown are on a better team but they aren’t a better duo than Luka/Kyrie.
He values fit heavily, Kyrie and Luka will just never be an ideal duo in that sense. They can play off each other well but neither of them cover the other’s weaknesses in any facet.
Tatum and Brown have played 107 playoff games together, 14-5 in playoff series together, and won a championship. Luka/kyrie might be better but they need to have multiple years of success together instead of one successful season together for me to put them ahead of brown and tatum.
