Im a pretty good guitar player. been playing for a long time, have learned a lot of complex songs and solos. this is a dope little tutorial for an amazing song on acoustic. I learned everything I needed to know for this song.
Stoked to learn these as you put them out!! It’s not on the new album but can you cover flying or crying by zb? Absolutely love your teaching style and dying to learn that one
Was waiting for this thank you so much. One question though whenever I play the chords I feel like the higher strings are more prominent than they are when you play what are you doing differently.
Thank you! Hmm either you are muting the top ones or you only strum the higher ones! Try to practice one strumming chords and get a good full strum before moving on to the next chord!
@@niklasjuritschmusic Hyped on the video. Great job, to answer the question above, I dont have the "ear" but found a chord sheet on ultimate guitar with this same progression. However, I think you could tinker with it and do without the Fm#7 or whatever and just play a barred F major (particularly with the thumb on the low E hanging over the fretboard to Barr the chord out) so you can jump right up to a C/G or whatever its called with the C major with your pinky on the 3rd fret of the A string and ring finger on the 3rd of the low E string (adding a G note) so it gives it some depth when playing with just one acoustic alone and it lets you change really quickly to a G major (with middle finger on low E, pointer on 2nd fret of A string and pinky on high E). For me personally, it also feels like it lets you move to A Minor easier as well, but you definitely nailed it in the video. Like you said, add in some hammer ons and pull offs and it brightens it. Great tutorial and keep up the good work. I wish someone would put the solos up, they sound pentatonic-ish but I get lost trying to work solos out, especially with the capo and Fmaj7 key (at least I think), not sure what that translates to with no capo for lead.
Underrated channel
Much appreciated!
Facs yo
Definitely underrated I like how he shows us how it’s supposed to sound helps me get the picking down and chord changes better
