It's as if the universe has pointed me to this specific video to receive such healing energy. I love that you acknowledge balance in traits that the mainstream might deem as negative. As a practitioner or Buddhism and beginning to explore Magik, I really feel that "middle path" exists everywhere and within ourselves.

I love this take on Shadow work. I grew up with a Dad who was a psychotherapist, so the idea of working on your issues & self-evaluation is second nature to me, and when I first was called by Hekate to do shadow work it felt like a natural progression. But it's always been about learning the icky, nasty, shameful side of ourselves and, yes, to do healing but the idea that we have 'light' shadows where we hide things that are good about ourselves was kind of a wake-up call. I know I have things I hide about myself that are of a positive nature (hiding under a bushel & all that) but I never considered this as part of that healing too. I really appreciate this change in perspective and, honestly with this past year and esp these past few weeks of struggling through our darkest natures, this is something that is sorely needed. Thank you for explaining this. I've been trying to find out how to "properly" do shadow work. Others mentions it but dont explain what it really is. This totally makes sense to me.
I recently did a spell to acknowledge my shadow self and transform her into light-energy using a poppet doll. With the help of my guides. The spell worked really well. Love this video
I recently had a ex boyfriend die,who was terribly abusive. Me and him haven't spoken since I left him whicjh was over 8 years ago now. I have so much anger surrounding his death. And for REAL need to get it out. I don't even know where to start. What are some good ways of starting into this? My character is to just go balls to wall or nothing at all hahaha but I'm feeling I should be a little bit more gentle with my self. I also want to be mindful of my husband. Any feed back would be appreciated, thanks
