I think your road direction is quite different. I am residing at Paharganj area of New Delhi. Distance from my residence to the said temple is around two kms. This temple is situated on the Mandir Marg adjacent with Jain temple. Near about three to four renowned high schools are situated before Jain Temple and Buddhist Temple on the Mandir Marg. The nearest metro station is R.K. Ashram Marg ( Blue Line) as because Delhi Ramakrishna Mission is situated adjacent with the said metro station . From the R.K. Ashram Metro station to kalibari shuttle auto service is available. Auto fair is Rs.20/- per person. Shuttle auto will deboard at the opposite side of the said temple. If any one reserve the auto with the condition to deboard must be at the mandir gate then the fair will be from metro station is around Rs 100/ -to Rs 125 /-. subject to the bargaining. However, pre paid reserved auto fair from New Delhi Rly station of both end will be Rs.100/ to Rs. 125/. In this Kalibari lodging facility is available. Your blogged picture of this temple complex is same with my description.
But if anybody is coming there by flight, then there is no option of blue line, as far as I know. So Orange line is the option only. And for that case Sibaji Stadium Metro Station is the nearest option. And I had said in my VLOG that the best option to come from New Delhi Station is Auto.

This Kali Mandir is .near Gol Market. New.Delhi. On the same road the Birla Mandir also stands.
Yes this temple is in Mandir Marg. I left Delhi in 1965. after my marriage.
