Almost scary how relatable this video was. Especially when he started talking about mental sanity. You become numb to stress but that takes a toll on positive emotions as well. You'll be sitting in a social environment unable to truely relax and enjoy yourself because you feel like you should be working and that you haven't gotten to where you want to be yet. You'll go to bed and struggle to have restful sleep because your brain is constantly thinking about what else you can do in the business. To keep myself form losing my shit I like to remind myself that this is a fee, not a fine. A price you pay to play the game and not a fine to avoid. Stay strong everyone💪
Bro this is so relatable he almost described my life to a tee and i haven't even started my business, it shows truly that your mindset is the Pinnacle of your outcome
Thanks for the video Nathan. Everyone just sees the highlights of someone’s life but never talk about the amount of pressure it creates. It’s a constant battle that not everyone is cut out for. It’s most definitely a journey.
The untold true behind the success,I think that we should first know about it all and being aware,so when this period will come,be prepared for pressure. Thanks for priceless information
Thank you for this, came in as blessing today. I'm 31 from Mexico and have been going hard at Day Trading for 3.5 years now and all the personal stuff that you mentioned apply to me now more than ever. The pressure, fomo and sense of loss of a lot of things is very present now and the grind just can't stop. Good one bro, saludos
Excellent video brother, eye opening indeed. I have chosen this path a little bit later in life and I admire your tenacity and determination, persistence over resistence is the mind set. I am experiencing the alone time and understand that it is the only way to move onward and upward. Being a fellow Canadian living here in Mexico, its all about what you want out of life and sitting in front of the computer hours on end can sometimes be intense and your creative thoughts just stop for no reason. I am grateful for all I have and will have and tomorrow I'll be back here sitting at my desktop grinding it out again. Thanks for keeping it real.
I just started an online business today and ngl this did kinda scare me. I know I will fail and lose a lot but instead of turning away from it use it as motivation to better next time. I am thankful for my parents and girlfriend to be supportive of choice to start an online business. This is the most motivated I’ve ever been! Working my 6-4:30 job for the rest of my life is so scary.
Hey Nathen, I'm currently on month 6, I've made a few sales along the way, but invested far too much. Like you said its very overwhelming and I was expecting it from the very start. I've lost all my friends, but I'm not letting that get to me. like you said, LOCK IN, its hard at first, but I changed my health, screen time, meditate, reading books, running every 2 days at 6am.... already building that mindset when I work 6 days a week at 2 jobs + working on my business when I get back. So I just wanna say thank you very much for this video, gave me a reminder that every entrepreneur was in the same shoes as me right now. Many thanks :D
Hey, I see you been working really hard and I would love to chat with you and get some insight as I’m just starting out and been working on a store. I’m working a job currently and going to college and wake up early for the gym every morning. People think I’m crazy. I know I’m not I just know the life I want to live and will do anything to get there.
04:37 I'm 19 growing up in a third world county, Iran. Every single freaking day I encounter a new obstacle in my way stopping me from keep going. But I'mma make it so big that the country & the situation I was born in becomes irrelevant.
I intend to make it this Q4 with my brand. I’ve been doing different online businesses for 2 years with no big luck and I’ve never been more lonely and on my own. But I love it and I guess sometimes you have to sacrifice yourself to become your true self again. I know I will create a beautiful life, I haven’t even made it yet but I know it’s going to be worth.
If you can rise up a business successfully, and it eventually dies… NO PROBLEM - you already attained the skills of creating a successful business. The work you did worked on YOU before it worked on your profit. You can lose your profit, your business, but no one can take your skills away! If you have resilience, you will only rise up stronger than before!
It's crazy how accurate this is, I used to watch all these videos on how to make money online and people saying how easy it was but they never talked about the price that comes with it. I'm 3 weeks into my shop on Etsy and honestly have no clue how to market and I finally just got my first sale yesterday. It really goes to show who really means what they say and whos just doing it for views when I watch these videos now.
Thanks for sharing this bro! It's all about trusting the process, never stop learning, and do better. I'm so proud of you for getting your first sale! Keep pushing!

Thank you Nathan. I have been losing so much money on ads, nothing is working for me. Everybody thinks I am stupid for losing so much money. I m staying all night on my laptop just to get that one sale. I had so many thoughts roaming around my head but this video really helped me calm my self down. Thank you Nathan, I have been watching you since 2021, love you
I'm 16.. I haven't started any business or anything but I'm starting to learn about how money works and how life works in general. My question is it worth it.. to sacrifice your life at a young age and didn't get to experience and have fun like what other people did in their live when they are young. I'm feeling a bit lost right now and don't know what my next step should be. I started learning on this topic since I realized that school was getting me no-where and not helping me with my future at all.
This is a really important question to ask yourself. Why do you want to be successful? Going to college, and working for the rest of your life until you retire is hard. Going down the path of starting a business is also hard. You choose your hard. It’s all going to be difficult it’s whatever you truly want for yourself. It’s also important to teach yourself to balance family, and friends with a business because it’s not good to get caught up in all the money either. If it’s all worth it in the end depends on why you started in the first place. It’s all based on your mindset. Personally, I want to become successful because I want to prove myself wrong. I want to be able to live comfortably and not have to live paycheck to paycheck. When people start getting money they want to buy all these fancy cars, houses, watches, etc. That is not the smart move. Money blows fast. Like I said it’s all based on your mindset. If you really want it go for it! It will be worth it!
Hi! I am starting a dropshipping business within the next few weeks! I am still young so that leads me with two questions for you. Number 1: if you take an organic dropshipping approach, could it use up your money? I am thinking of starting with an organic approach then scaling to paid ads. Number 2: how many years or products did it take you to finally get your winning product and be successful? Since I’m still young I am not as focused on making a “supporting income” but more of a side hustle that will ultimately give me lots of business experience for when I’m 18+. Great video and keep it up!
You can definitely start with organic content. It's just that paid ads could work better. I tested several winning products until I found the one. It's not an overnight success, it just keep getting bigger that before.
I cant start yet due to school but from august next year i have 1 year free before i go to uni and i want to try and get drop shipping to work to prove my parents wrong, they only think grades matter and that if i go down this path that i will never become anything, so i have to make this work and hopefully i can show my parents some results within a year
nice video. being free is an amazing thing but for some period of your life you're gonna have to sacrifice things like your peace of mind. it will pay off tho
