Hi great video! I am wondering if you have a player that you bought for 5,5 and they go down to 5,4. You don’t sell them and then they go up to 5,5 again. Does it still have to go up twice for you to sell them for 5,5? Thanks
@@simoneliasson206 Great question Simon. If you buy a player for £5.5m, and they fall to £5.4m, then rise to £5.5m, you can sell them for £5.5m. It is 50% of the PROFIT, and of course if they fall and rise again it is 0% profit (in comparison to the price you bought them for). Hopefully that is clear :)
How about price lock for newly added players? Rumors all over Twitter that it's locked for just a week. Is Ronaldo's price locked until GW4 deadline? Or only just for 7 days?
Hi Raptor. Does the algorithm believe there are more WCs in play this week? I have noticed the price change predictions have been a bit off so far this week, this may account for that
You mentioned a threshold for rising or dropping in price. Is that threshold set at 75,000 net transfer for each player or are there different thresholds per player? Hope that makes sense! Thanks Ross
Great video and some hidden gems in there even for experienced managers! One thing I’m curious about is how you figure out the threshold for each player? Is it a percentage of total current owners?
Thank you, Edwin. That is the very complex part that has required years of engineering and still is difficult to estimate. Ownership does play a role. Unfortunately, we are unable to share the exact method for working this out.
Enjoyed that vid Ross an thanks for the heads up mate....This int break is killing me...Gonna have to take a hit to get Ronaldo in but want to leave it till after the games are finished, just in case either him or others get injured
Very helpful, so thank you.. Thanks for clarifying flag situation. Question for you: is this right. I’m buying a 3.9 goalkeeper ( Foster WAT ) and selling Steer (4.0) ....therefore I’m saving 0.1, so l have an extra 0.1 to spend.
Great video and thanks! I'm confused about players that are transferred to another league (not on loan). For example, Stipe Perica has been transferred to Maccabi Tel Aviv. Right now he is "unlocked." Is he immune to a price change?
Spoken to our developer, he said this is a slightly strange one that he isn't quite sure on, but he believes they should either have: 1) Increased immunity; 2) complete immunity.
I have a question but it's about the fix app. Can I search for players with their names or clubs? I don't see the option for it and everytime I want to look for certain player I need to scroll all the way down for his name.
To confirm that if a player comes in after GW 1 as with Lukaku and Ronaldo - ALL net transfers coming in will create the 'baseline' for the end of that 'lockdown' period and ONLY transfers after that period has ended may result in a price rise or fall?
Great content! So helpful👌 Scenario 1: Player A is bought at 8.2 and rises to 8.4 and the 50% squad value gained from that player A = .1 Scenario 2: Player A and player B are bought at 8.2 each and both rise to 8.3, would the squad value gained still be 50% making it .1 profit?
Hi I have Fernandez and I gained 0.1 on him if I sell him will I Lose 0.1 and then Tsimikas who is 4.2 if he drops since if I have gained 0.1 will I then lose that?
I brought Jimenez for £7.5. Then his price dropped to £7.4. Again his price increased to £7.5. His selling price also rose from £7.4 to £7.5. How did that happen? Shouldn't his selling price still be £7.4 for me? Does this mean 50% rule works in loss as well?
Any questions you need answering in relation to price changes and team value, please let me know and I will do my best to answer all of them!

Does the ownership % matter for price change predictions?
So it turns out I didn't know as much about price changes as I thought I did. Thanks for the video Ross, really well explained.

What a fantastic explanation. Didn't even know it was possible to explain it this clearly 🙌🏻
Thank you so much, my man! Hopefully should compliment our daily videos nicely!
Dear video. Already had a good understanding of it but this was excellent good for thought. Will sub for the daily price updates too 👍🏾.
Great video Ross. There’s so much to know about price changes, but you stripped it right back so it was easy to understand, thanks.
Great Video! Was wondering why wasn’t Veltman price locked as he was red flagged due to Covid protocols.
Great concise explanation. And you didn't say 'gem' even once.

@@fantasyfootballfixYT y'all need better engineers
What happens if a player falls from 6 to 5.7 but then you buy them and they go up to 5.8, do you then get 5.7 or 5.8 when selling them?

I bought Alonso for 5.5 million. He currently is now 6.0 so his value changed to 5.7 in my team.. why hasn’t he risen more in value?
Great video thanks.
Great content! Expected price rise for F.Torres to 7.2?
It is probable, yes. Unlikely to be in the next few days though, will probably be next week!
Great video Ross!!
Thank you mate!

Another cracking video 👍
Glad you enjoyed it Dave!
Great video!
very nice content! but how about tsimikas in your squad? if you do not sell him before price drop to 4.1, you cannot earn that 0.1m profit right?
That is correct, but I don't plan on using my transfer to take out Tsimikas this week
I miss the cool soundtrack. It helped to program the info into my brain.
I have a question but it's about the fix app.
Can I search for players with their names or clubs? I don't see the option for it and everytime I want to look for certain player I need to scroll all the way down for his name.
This is a feature which will be added soon, but I will chase it up with the developer!
Ronaldos price and and all those bought in the transfer deadline this week are locked until Saturday11/9, so GW4

That is correct!
Can Ronaldo go up in price before GW4 or is he locked cause it's hit first week?
He is definitely locked for the first week, but after that we are currently unsure on the exact new parameters.
Great content! So helpful👌

Ok.
WHY are they asking for my Fantasy team password,,thats the only thing stopping me from using the site
In order to obtain your team from the FPL site
It is completely safe

No, that is correct. The 50% rule only applies for profit made. Because you bought him for £7.5m, the rise from £7.4m to £7.5m isn't profit
@@fantasyfootballfixYT Thanks for the clarification.
So 2.8% of all transfers is Tsimikas -> Rhys Williams? LOL
Or I suppose it could be Brandon as it was red
Tsimikas to Brandon Williams! Yes :)
