    Agreed. In the USA but spent 3 years as an adolescent on a locked ward and age 27-28 a year on a locked ward. No one is ever not anxious. Please do everything you can do you don't wind up in that position

      Awww thank you so much! And ahah maybe in the future if you want to see it. I am certainly very chill with makeup and not very good at it ahah.

    At 17 I was on a psych ward for my ED... it was not my choice but I was severely malnourished and in an extremely fragile condition. It was not fun by any means but it was not awful either... I was very sick and that was medicine... if you can recover as an outpatient that’s wonderful but do not be afraid or ashamed to seek more help and support if you need it.

      It is so vital that you get the help you need, when you need it. I am happy to hear although it was hard, that inpatient was helpful for you. Everyone has their own journey to recovery xx
