On the last comment I also meant to say, in addition to that, bit's really too bad your ex doesn't help out more with his daughter. I know how that is. I, unfortunately, have the same situation with my ex. My kids are older now but he doesn't do much for my son that is in college. I'm the one that's doing the most. Besides my son doing it for himself. He busts his butt to get through college. He does work. It's too bad because he could work a little less hours if his dad helped out.Tho I have to say my son does like to work and make money so he may do that anyway even if his dad helped more. I am grateful. His dad does pay for his flight when he comes in for summer break and winter break. But that's all he does. His dad makes good money. Has nothing to do with money. He also did help him get out to college because they had to take a cross-country trip with a lot of hours and driving for the dorm move-in. His dad has a big truck so he did help him. Then my son moved to an apartment from his dorm and he did help him with the move and went out there. So have to be thankful for anything he does and I am but when you look back now he's a senior. Since freshman year there's been very few things he's done. They have a good relationship for the most part. So that's really too bad. Why wouldn't these guys want to help and contribute more? It's their children. Even a little bit more here and there would make the difference.
The diet sounds interesting but I’d be worried about getting constipated? Don’t you need vegetables and fruit for fiber?
