I understand how Laura felt because sometimes mothers like her’s can be overprotective as their job. It was just wrong for her dad to lie and walk out for some milk like Richard’s dad did from amazing world of gumball. Laura knew she didn’t want to come between her aunt and daughter because emma just wanted to feel noticed. If she did told her aunt about her father they would’ve been on the same page just to protect emma from doing the unthinkable.
