I think they're just really good this season. They barely shot any 3's compared to what they normally do. When they broke 100 pts ten times last season, it was because they were lighting it up from behind the arc. Bama shot at a high percentage tonight from basic shooting. I saw Bama play Memphis last week, and if the fouls counted and players fouled out or knew they had to limit the fouls, then Bama wins by 30 points. Bama also beat Wake Forrest by 21 in preseason. They're just winning big to start this season. Bama wasn't trying to run up the score tonight. All players just made a high percentage of their shots.
@@sectruth1457 Between the presence of Big Cliff and a bulked up Stevenson and the ability of Philon to get in the paint and finish or dish it, they put so much more pressure on the basket last night than they did at any time last year. I think they only way they are going to shoot 35 or 40 3's like they did last season is if teams just collapse around the basket to try to protect the rim. With all the 3 point shooters Alabama has, I don't see anybody packing it in and giving them 3's.
@@Don-md6wnyeah, they won't need to shoot 40 3s a game this year but they'll still average the most or second most in the league and at least top 10 in the country. That's just the style they play. But man, they are def gonna put more pressure on the basket this year. This squad has mega talent everywhere.
@@Don-md6wn I agree. I'm very excited about the basketball team this year. We don't have a Brandon Miller on this team, but all- around they are light years ahead of where they were each of the past 2 seasons. This team is going to be very special. I hope they at least make it to the Final Four again.
Good to hear from coach.
Can’t hear- volume maxed.
ROLL TIDE 🐘
Needs a second mic on the left side of the stand. 🧐
This team could be “it”!
Cannot hear well at all!
Sounds awful.
You don't play to take it easy on somebody you play hard
Should have took it easier on them. That town was demolished! Surprised they didn't forfeit.

That isn't what sports are about. But major props to those boys for coming and competing after everything they've been through.
