I feel that if Hashirama lived long enough or at least as long as Mandara he would have found a way to beat even Kaguya. Because this guy just keeps getting stronger and better with time. he can use many ninja tools and summon as many as he wants, he can use mokuton in a wide variety from a single brench to an entire forest, he can use many subforms of mokuton such as inflamable flowers, sleeping flowers etc., he can summon golems sucking out chakra from whoever they are touching (its like the divine tree), he can summon an 1000 handed beast to break havoc in the height of 4 perfect susanoos combined, he can enter sage mode which os probably like narutos, using mokuton clones to gather them and once parishing the sage mode goes over to hashirama, maybe he can even use shadow clones, sage mode giving him insane chakra, enhanced jutsus, an even stronger physical body immune to pain and blows
