Man ....Thank you so much for this video. I followed your step by step instructions and I was able to install a new actuator on my driver door. Once I put everything back together and saw everything worked like it was supposed, the feeling of satisfaction made me grin from ear to ear. The dealership wanted a lot of money to diagnose and even more to replace. Thanks again and keep up the great work.
Great tip to reuse the one cable . The other end is hard to get to and the cable seldom of ever frays or breaks . This saves time and frustration . I repkaced three of these on my nephews Altima this week as over time they all broke . Thanks again .
Thanks for the clear instructions. Great video, and you did a fantastic job explaining everything. I especially liked the hint about just using the old cable from the door handle; that saved quite a bit of unnecessary work.
@3:25 What adhesive is it there, which you pull? I pulled that pad off and might need some more of that glue (adhesive or caulk), but afraid that get a wrong product, and or it will stick too much, so I can't remove it in the future, or it might start to leak from the heat. Thank you for so informative film.
I have the same problem with the front passenger door which is locked and I don't know if I'm going to be able to remove the panel with the door closed. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks for the video
I have a 2019 nissan altima sv I replaced the latch from your video it works... but when I'm in my car with the ignition on and in unlock position it gives the beeping noise like someone is trying to lock the keys in the car do you have any solutions for that? It is beeping then tries to unlock even tho it is already unlocked
Hi man....everything in your video is very nice....but I would like if you show better what did you do from de minute 5:30 to 6:15 because my husband did everything following you by your video but he cant get the actuator out because he cant disconnect it from the plastic piece inside.
Hey brother thank you so much for the video. Saved me $500! Can you help me? After I replaced the actuator whenever I close the driver door with the car on, the car thinks I’m walking away from the car with the key so the car beeps. Do you know what causes that?
