- This video explains how to manufacture #foamconcrete using foam concrete machines manufactured by our company.
The foam concrete manufacturing is very simple and accessible to everyone.
No foam generator needed.
No concrete pump needed.
1. Pour ingredients and water into the mixer.
2. Turn on the mixer and wait for 1 minute for foam generating.
3. Add cement into the mixer and mix 1 minute.
4. Add sand into the mixer and mix 5 minutes.
5. Turn off mixer. Turn on the pressure of the air compressor for 1 bar and unload the foam concrete.

Hi. No training is required as working with our machines is very simple. But we do provide technical support and training. Yes, we supply all the ingredients. But at the moment we still cannot make delivery to Sri Lanka. This is due to the pandemic. We really hope that all this will be over soon and we will be able to make delivery.

Yes. It's lightweight concrete. Building pebbles, rocks, stones not using. Sand and cement only.
