    Too much lengthy tree which increases unnecessary mb of cad model file. you can optimize while making offset using multiple extract or join where surface don't have issue for offsetting.

    Why are you..complicating work this much??? This takes more time and not repeatable for new styles...remove the radius which are creating issue while offseting and create a surface with only base surface without flange areas...they make closebody or thick then sew the radius in A side...after that generate flanges as per interface requirment and union trim it......
