I’m not a graffiti fan, so most of the wall art didn’t appeal to me. And the nice lady who showed the viewers around the neighborhood says she likes the area because it’s quiet, though it sounded rather raucous on the video. But it clearly is a lively place that must appeal to people who seek lots of stimulation.

The Guardian finds a run-down place filled with graffiti and murals and proclaims it as one of the best neighborhoods. Is the world that degraded? What exactly is good here? We have so many nicer places, attractions, cafes, restaurants. This is ridiculous. Strange things are "art" nowadays.

Actually, Dorcol is the historical neighbourhood full of diverse architecture, cafeterias, galleries, green, and good vibes! So, it's not only about street art and graffiti.
