Note about the ceiling heights: the lobby is actually on the 2nd floor. Because Rawlins is on a hill, the 2nd floor is level with the street where the main entrance is, but it slopes downward around the back of the building. The stairs that go down to the laundry room from the lobby is where the actual 1st floor rooms are and the vaulted ceilings are on the 2nd floor, which is level with the lobby.

Do they allow for mini fridges? Thank you so much for the tour. My son will be there in August.

If we want to bring our own desk chair is there somewhere we can put the given one outside our room?

You can bring things into your room but you cant take anything out. So if there's room under your bed, if its lofted all the way up, or in your closet then you can hide it away.

How wide would you say the closets are?

I'd say the closest are maybe 3 ft wide, but if you email and ask housing they can send you exact measurements
