I know this is random but when you're doing a transfer, offer a million or 2 less than the lowest recommended price and get higher if they dont wont to except it to get the best prices in transfers and also when you're doing the contracts, give them 5k or more less than their current wage

You go to the squad hub and go to development plan on the player you want to change, then you go to position, also he did do a juventus rebuild, i hope that helped
