Yeast helps swell n raise de bread, while yogurt added to it makes it ever so soft & moist. Someoil, butter , ghee , cud also be added to soften and moisten it.

I have tried the flatbread and it’s delicious but too nervous to try the fried one because of the amount of hot oil but it does look tasty and those last two loaves look amazing thank you 👏🏻Amanda xx
Try fried bread . It is very commonly eaten in India. It is called puri. If you are scared and careful like me , and also for safety reasons, please use frier. Take the smallest one. It works fine.
