I wish they had done something kind of like this in the actual song. Imagine faded memories of the characters being mimiced fading in and out in the BG, singing their songs before it all ends.
boyfriend's part at 1:44 actually has some leitmotifs too, both ihy and powerdown have parts at 1:38 and 1:42 respectively that sounds very close to it, not to mention other acts of all stars also having many leitmotifs, such as act 2 taking heavily from promotion. i wonder if someone has done a video that points out all of them? maybe one that shows a transparent icon on the healthbar for each leitmotif currently playing
