Happy to see GV60 represented! Looked like it was purple, just like the fancy Mach-E. 👍

SCRANTON, PA is the Electric City - didn't you see Michael and Dwight rap about that on The Office?

That's what we thought too, but there are several cities that identify as The Electric City. Part of Schenectady's claim is because it is home to General Electric.

Damn, I can't imagine how long the wait is at fast chargers around town during an event like this lol I grew up there. But live in FL now.

Probably no impact at all. Most of these owners were local so they would just drive home and charge. And even people like us that drove in for the event, we didn't need to rush to a charger afterwards. We had enough range to drive another 100+ miles if we wanted to when it was over.

Eevee's also make us less dependent on foreign oil dealings with country Sanchez Saudi Arabia makes more oil available, defund Russia. United States produced oil is low quality and expensive to extract and process, that's why we import so much

I remember waiting in gas lines in the 1970s during oil embargo. Now I charge at home from mainly cheap hydro power and screw OPEC+

If everyone remember the gas shortages EV uptake would not be a problem

Glad that I saw a Kia EV6 in the mix, Nissan needs to do better with its electric vehicles effort. Maybe they should have partner with GM or Ford their EVs. I like the Ariya but too many confusing trims. I hope the new leadership don't slow down progress so much that certain vehicles will be delayed until 2028.
