I mean I study interior design which have nothing to with all I’m gonna say , but I had a course at uni that teach you how to stay in place to don’t make your posture suffer since interior designers mainly work on computers as well .. you can google it .. but in few words can. Be explained as : Buy a comfortable chair , + a thing for your feet to rest a bit headed in upwards position , then the part of the chair where your arm rest should be of the same height of your keyboard or mouse , so your hands can reach everything in relaxed position .. and the upper end of your monitor should be equavalent to your eyes if you imagine a line there .. the distance between you and your monitor should be something like 70-80cm i belive , but all should be ok if you fallow all described , and your back is touching the chair fully. I hope that info helped yw.
