Hi Svaty_, thank you for watching and the kind words. I am glad the video was useful for you. I am working on a game play video with this game to dive deep (pun intended) into the rules. =)
@@HissyCat That's great. I've just seen that the game will be published with tokens on polish market by the publisher named "Taktyka i Strategia". That's perfect option for me.
@@HissyCat Looking forward to it! You make nice easy to follow videos. You are the reason I finally figured out how to play the old Tobruk! Thanks for doing these.
I enjoyed this episode and regards the counters I wonder if they could add them as thin cardboard tiles (like other games) that are inserted with the book into a sleave etc that can be semi pre-cut sort of thing. I defo would struggle cutting all those out of paper.
Thanks sir, Amazon and KDP doesn’t allow inserts, but I think Javier is using a different POD vendor for maps and counters if you wanted to buy them separately
Hi! I would like to ask you two questions about the game. One about the binding... I see in your video that it is difficult to open the pages completely and for the book to stay fixed to place the counters... Is that a big problem? On the other hand, I don't know how much you use the pencil and the eraser... I mean that if in each game the pages get damaged a lot and leave the book unusable for new games... in this sense I don't know if there is the possibility of use cubes or other markers instead of pencil and eraser. How do you see these aspects? Thank you very much for such a detailed video.
Hi David, thanks for watching the video and kind words. Good question, with book games i will use a pencil and eraser, with this game they offer add-ons for the maps and counters, which I am using in a video of game play i shot and am editing. In the case of this game, i feel there is a touch too much on each page, and yes would be a big problem if i used counters with the book. If you are traveling and just use a pencil and eraser and mark the pages lightly, i don't think there would be a problem to get a few play throughs with each mission or play the campaign. Another point about counters or markers with the book is you do need to reference a few tables on a third page which would disrupt your counters, but not light pencil marks. I hope this helps and once i am done editing the game play video, you will see the additional game components in action. All in all i think the game is a good value which ever way you play it, but if you want to use counters I recommend getting the printed components.
Justo la información que estaba buscando😄 muchas gracias por la respuesta y por la serie de videos, saludos desde Colombia 🙂👍🏼 (One more question, do you know If There Is an spanish versión of the game?🤔thanks again 👍🏼
Hi Old Konk, thanks for the visit. It is great to see more designers in this space. I will try and highlight as many as I can, including Mike. He has inspired many of us. =}
@@HissyCat doing okay. Couple short naps. Read some rules and then 2 hours helping my daughter clean out the refrigerators, yeah plural too but we want to get rid of one. Even with eight people there's too much waste
@@HissyCat still have 5 (of 22 pages!) To read on amphibious landings 😳 I hope to get that done before/if gamers with coffee are supposed to come on, cuz Iowa is buried under snow. Who knows. Then start sorting n setting up counters. Stay warm.
Waw this looks thorough. I saw some posts from Javier in the past couple of months, wasn't aware there was so much in the book. Much respect!
Wouterschoutteten, thanks for watching, Javier has done a wonderful job. I'll have a play through video in about a week.
Great to see the Cat as part of this ! They know best
Cabby is always involved in some way...lol
Thank you for so detailed presentation! I'd like to buy it.

Hi Dan, thanks for watching. I plan to play this coming weekend and get the rules down, then shot a video. Maybe this weekend as well. =}

Thank you Dan, you are very welcome. I think I make a few too many mistakes, but I am glad they help. =)
