I had the same problem until i realized that my eyes just had different shapes. I use a different curler and a different mascara for each, maybe that works for you too :)

my lashes are pretty long but straight af and this totally works for me! The only addition I had was to use primer after I curled and then use the waterproof mascara like you suggested. thanks!!!!!

Great tips! But my problem is as soon as I put mascara on, they’re straight again! I use a waterproof mascara if that makes a difference? What do I do??
THANK YOU! IT LOOKS AWESOME! I just tried it on my short straight eyelashes and they ACTUALLY CURLED! I used to just hold the curler and use it one time towards the base of my lashes but it never made a difference! This technique is AMAZING! The multiple curling technique. ❤️ it!

I have lashes exactly like yours, but you did this video a years ago and I can't seem to find a good drug store light weight mascara because whenever I curl it and then apply mascara my eyelashes then go back down and they are no longer curled hopefully you see my comment :) and could possibly help

I had a lash lift,worst mistake i ever made! She used wrong shape curl so my lashes were forced forward then up! Result- they look even shorter! I will try this to hopefully kind of even them out x

I done tried all.. I even did the permanent curl proces and it costs me slot for nothing I got out that place whit my eye burning and never saw the curls... That girl teld me way until tomorrow and it never happened.

I NEED HELP! I can't curl my inner lashes... No matter what curler. Everything else is curled except for my inner lashes. Last year, I had no problems. Naja Ferrer try a flatter curler lash, typically Asian brands cater to this problem like shiseido eyelash curler, but for me the thing that matters is how wide it can open
Have you ever found out why the waterproof works better? I've tried it all but hate using waterproof so I'm wondering if that's the problem
Hannah Forkel its bc regular mascara is water-based which is bad for straight eyelashes but waterproof is oil based

I stop using mascara but I started using it again and noticed the same thing. my eyelashes go down too. It never happened to me. I did started using a new waterproof mascara so I am hoing to get the mascara I used to wear. Hoping it keeps my eyelashes curled up. will keep you posted

I see an eyelash fell off on your cheek. That's why I quit using an eyelash curler. Every time I use one I lose eyelashes, no matter what brand, until eventually there would be a big gap of missing eyelashes. Not a pretty look. I quit curling mine years ago and it hasn't happened since.
It’s perfectly normal to lose a few eyelashes on most days, even if you don’t curl your lashes. Just like how it’s normal to lose tiny bits of hair on your head. It’s just a natural process The body goes through.
