Ingredients:
Marinade -
Chicken drumsticks - 4 nos
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Masala -
Kashmiri chilli dry - 6 nos
Peppercorn - 8nos
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Cumin - 1/2 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 2tsp
Garlic cloves - 3 cloves
Ginger chopped - 1tbsp
Lemon juice or Tamarind Pulp - 2tbsp
Water - a dash
On Pan -
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Salt - to taste

I tried it and it turned out great. I didn't have kashmiri red chillies so i used kashmiri red chilli powder with normal dried red chillies
Hello Kunal sir ! I’m from mangalore. Everything was fine but you had to fry/boil the chicken in ghee before putting it into the paste. Anyways I love all your recipe. ❤️
I tried this recipe today & it turned out to b really yummy! Both my son & hubby appreciated. A couple of viewers hv suggested to deep fry d chicken before mixing it into a paste but let me tell u there is no need to fry, just do as shown by Chef. I didnt add jaggery still it was awesome! Hats off to u Chef!!

One query......after adding the drumsticks in the masala we have to Cook the whole drumstick in high flame till the end or what until and unless the drumsticks are perfectly cooked?
And how much time does it take so that the drumsticks r perFectly cooked from inside in this receipe?
