If you go with the screwdriver in hand the lockpicking screen will appear right when you click, if you have the weapon equipped the character will switch to the screwdriver, giving you a bit of time to look down and get more fps
its a bit sad that everyone raids eachothers bases. there is so much loot spots why does everyone raid. im new to scum...so forgive me but id be so mad asf if that was my base. looool can you not get what you get from players bases from the island it self. im just learning im only on singleplay i aint ready for multi yet looool
@@silicon_tank630 no no not a hack lol a script/macro everytime you press pick lock your mouse goes to the bottom of your game to open another window lol not complaining, love watching these vids just pointing it out lol
@@Pergamentaceous I believe he’s doing this to make his character to look at the ground. By doing this he’s limiting the amount of frames needed to be loaded therefore giving himself more frames for a smoother lock picking experience

May I ask why you equip a gun before lock picking? I know why the lay down / look away - but never seen the weapon equip.
Seems to give me more fps so just got in a habit of doing it now

I'm also not using a macro you can clearly hear the f key taps are all irregular.
