I never stopped wearing baggy cargos and fat shoes. I was such a misfit until about 1 year ago when all of a sudden, kids thought I was super ahead on fashion 😂
@@thehateugave9699 we used to cut them off in the 90s anyway so you're doing it the legit 90s sk8r way ;) I'm thinking of cutting some of my pants down again now because nostalgia
I used to buy the baggy cargo pants and i'd cut two small holes in the ankles and run shoe laces through them and tie them up so they were snug on the ankle, keeping them from falling under the shoe
I met him at Tampa pro 2017 and totally fanned out super hard and told him that he is my favorite skater 1 because he rips and 2 because of the amazing vibes he gives off everywhere he goes and he was a super rad dude and thanked me several times for the support and seemed genuinely happy to hear me say those things.. dude is legit
Nobody makes it look better than PJ. So natural and authentic. Asked for nothing and got everything in return, thanks for bringing back the steeze, a king in street style 👑
I the have mag with the long tall t shirt ad they were talking about still mint and signed by tj. SBC Skateboard Spring 2011. He gave me, my buddy Brian and my buddy Kyle a signed copy each about 10 years ago. Super gem.
For every style, there's always someone out there that can make it work. TJ is one of those dudes, wasn't really feeling it at first but after watching him more, learning about him and his personality, his shits tight . Dope as hell he did all that for the fool that made those pants. Stand up dude. I'd love to have some custom pants. I just assumed he was Canadian before he mentioned it lol. Back in the day baggy ass pants and tall Ts were the new Canadian tuxedos. Wade and Spencer Hamilton come to mind of course.
Back when big Rick used to live on Macfarlane court TJ had the baggiest pants on Michael blvd. I remember him showing me breakdance movies in his kitchen when we were 11. 2002 shit. Back when big rick had a ponytail.
If he ever gets stuck out in the woods he could always use his kit as a tent to pitch up. His outfit looks so mid 90's all he needs is a new era hat backwards to the side to complete the look. It used to be a pride thing the back of the jeans torn up by the bottom of the shoes so you knew who was skating hard. Yo telle yo casper era.
you wanna see some baggy tall-T shit? his blind teammate Cody McEntire had a video part for southside skatepark in the early 2000's where it was like he was wearing a dress, haha. classic.
The highest level of skate talk is actually pants talk

Makes sense
Joggers before Joggers fr
Such a cool idea 🙌 . Good thinking!
The skate scene single handedly brought cargo pants back.
Skate scene has and will continue to influence fashion scene
On some real shit I love this dude for doing that with the pants retailer what a stand up dude
Thank you TJ..
Love from Indonesia 🇮🇩❤️🙏
Tj so humble , his parents even though they were screw ups did raise him right with good morals

Skateboarding raised TJ Rogers.
I use to skate in huge cargos and fubu jerseys haha this dude takes me back!!
BIG RESPECT FOR YOU TJ I LOVE IT
Kelly saying "that's buttery" to TJ having a cleaner come in is just fucking hilarious lol

Skate pants lore dump is what I needed
"It must be the pants" , Indra 'Kubon' Leonardo said
needa ask all the guests about their fits lol
A pro doing that for a company may be the most commendable thing I’ve heard in skating.
I don’t know why but I can’t skate in shorts, it’s gotta be pants. Seeing my legs just throws it off plus I’m extra worried about shinners man.
When it's summer 100 degrees I can't wear pants
Opposite for me. I skate optimally wearing shorts.
pants ripped af at the bottom seams was part of the challenge
Televisistar pants are 🔥

We could never rock pants with torn up bottoms. Ever! But yes definitely old school vibes haha
My favorite skater in the whole entire world!
That white T talk is real. I do the same exact thing lmao
The Lay's ketchup chips are a nice Canadian touch 👌🩳
As an English person, it's hilarious to hear TJ say he got the pants he always wanted
I feel like those pants might have a slight shin guard effect to boot. Love the steeze!
Fuck yea indra! Cracking it bro, henry from New zealand!!
We need the website for the 2 dollar blank tees..
Where can you buy the pants? What are they called? What's the website?
Televisi Star
70 tees I couldn’t even imagine
Is he related to alchamist?
Tj rodgers is so rad🤙
brand of the pants pleaseeeee, i need onee
Televisi star
i wish i could find baggy jeans like that .. its soo hard
It's actually so much harder to skate with big baggies, cause you see less of your board. Try it out
Yes, but you get a better movement with your legs, there’s no restriction while jumping and moving
Joggers are the best, stretchy and can be baggy to slim.
Where can I get the pants
Televisistar
rising tide lifts all ships
Any idea what the t shirts he has are?

Such good footage. Old cody mac was insane. Wade Spencer hamilton. The Canadian scene before anyone knew
I don’t think I could go back to baggy pants and oversize tees.I loved that shit but it looks so sloppy now.
I use rubber bands to cup my ankles or fold em

The baby blue sweats 🤮
Grant Patterson did it better

cant lie, TVSTAR is a bit of a rip off. paid 140 for corduroy pants which were not even corduroy. made out of some low quality fou corduroy.
Belts are the worst!!! Don't like em, don't own one, won't wear one.
