Great jazz standart Cosma's theme in gypsy jazz performing by great "The Rosenberg Trio"!
Stochelo Rosenberg - solo guitar
Nous'che Rosenberg - rhythm guitar
Nonnie Rosenberg - double bass
p.s.: Stochelo Rosenberg is a fantastic guitarist, one of the examples for me!)
Seriously, great talent and dedication for all.
Magnifique pleins de sensibilités Merçi
Sooner or later mankind will resolve the mysteries of life - creating perfect artificial intelligence etc. But it will take eternity to create a robot to play like Stochelo, Django, Jimmy or any other true musician master of gypsy jazz...
It will never happen. No emotion = no real performance and real music
@@swtoni4464 thats right, emotion is very important
you are already inside a super intelligence that creates this type of art, from a butterfly to jazz melodies....there is no sooner or later...that already happens, you just can't understand it yet
I think that playing like them will be possible. But not to be original as them.
Очень хорошее и главное душевное исполнение. Всё в жилу!
I simply love it. This music is good for our souls.

Joseph Kosma, avec un "K" please ...
Norbert Gabriel, his original Hungarian name was Kozma József :)
The My Pillow guy sure played a mean bass when he was younger.
Yowsers!
Nobody plays jazz as gypsy does! The theory freaks from the academies can all just throw their books because it's all shit if you don't play with emotion. Music is language and not math, that is why i love jazz manouche, wheter it's a slow ballad or a fast tempo song the emotion is always there.
+Danilo Novaković Yes, me too, absolutely agree with you! Because they are playing only by their great gypsy emotions. They doesn't need any of theory, because their ear is tremendously developed from the craddle. Thanks to great Django, all of the gypsies(I mean gypsy jazz players) playing amazing. Stochelo, Bireli, Debarre, Schmitt one of the greatest guitarist in the world in my opinion!
I'm really quite sure these guys know a lot of theory. They probably just started playing in an enviroment where a lot of the chops are just kind of picked up naturally, so it's just what you're used to. Don't hate on theory, it's just a matter of not only using strict theory of completely loose playing but having a great mix of the 2.
Absolutely..@Danilo
@@kalmonsalmon1946 they don't know the theory, they have their practical knowledge and superb hearing. It's in documentaries.
@@vincentadriaanse2032 Right, that's why they can often give courses and deconstruct what they're playing :p They know what they need to know to play what they play, some more than others, but you can't play for 30 years not knowing what the difference between A and Am is.
