@Sm Py As per on-campus package in college, CTC is 12LPA, which includes 1.5Lakh of initial joining bonus 3.5 lakh after 3 years of completion in the company. So current net is around 5-7LPA. Bonus may vary
I am selected as Design Engineer in SIEMENS, but it's contractual. Do they keep contractual employees after completion of contract? I'm being told performance review is done and then they decide. How much do they pay after making employment permanent?

It’ll take some time. No need to worry about that. Generally they send out offer letters one month before the joining date.
